With the MRC and the MRNF, our team realised a synthesis of multiple complex data to elaborate a new model of estate development in a natural context. This model propose an ecological and community-oriented development based on a sustainable approach that preserves natural habitat, forests and lakes.

The territorial planning and site design were revised to present adapted interventions specific to the site topography, ensure an implementation in harmony with nature and to initiate a community spirit with eco-responsible objective.
