In the spring of 2013, the City of Montreal mandated us to design a unique playground area of the front yard of the TAZ (skateboard and BMX center), located within the Saint-Michel Environmental Complex.

In order to satisfy the specific clientele of the center, we designed custom play equipment using coloured concrete pipes and construction materials assembled on-site. These elements are both functional, esthetic and concord with the festive ambiance existing on sitee.

A welcoming area including resting zones, a drop-off area and urban furniture completes the front yard design. With its higher sense of safety, this area offers a comfortable, open and accessible area for families.
