The implication of Groupe Rousseau Lefebvre in this Ahuntsic-Cartierville borough allowed the sustainable management, at a modest cost, of the majority of the stormwater through the implementation of integrated Best Management Practices strategically throughout the site.
This type of projects demonstrates the possibilities of an alternative and sustainable way to manage stormwater, an approach still rare in our urban context. This project is a stepping stone in the development of other Green Alleys and in the understanding of its benefits.
