The Groupe Rousseau Lefebvre has been mandated by to develop a sustainable, socially acceptable land integration plan that places this new mining project in the community. We also participated in the impact studies required for the Bureau d’audiences publiques sur l’environnement (BAPE).

The new graphite mine will be 100% electric and carbon neutral, and aims to go beyond the usual integration and mitigation measures. Protection and enhancement of the natural environment, interpretation of the region and its history, and innovations in phytotechnology within the site are all actions developed in collaboration with the community representatives for the well-being of citizens. This innovative and inclusive approach raises the standards of the development of a mining project in Québec.
