Planning a real estate development with a minimal environmental impact on a mountain site.

By studying topography, slope, natural environment and wooded areas, it was possible to define the appropriate location for the construction of condominiums buildings in order to limit the cut and fill and the area of disturbance, therefore insuring the preservation of the natural habitat.

A masterplan was develop and proposed the overall layout including the location of 8 buildings, access roads, parking to insure the proper integration of the project on this natural site.

Several elements are included in this project: an artificial reservoir used by the ski station, the impressive entrance gate via a covered bridge laid across the pond, a cascade tumbling down the mountain and buildings offering a spectacular viewpoint of the mountain.
