Real estate development integration in a natural habitat.
Our team played a major role in the planning and integration of this 1400 units residential development project within a wooded and hilly site. The project included various types of housing; single homes, group homes, multiplex and condominiums. Our planning, sensitive to the topography and characteristics of the natural site, proposed a strategic layout which facilitated the project’s approval by local and provincial government .
The project has preserved more than 20% of the site as a natural habitat, which not only add economic value to the properties but establish a high-quality environment for its residents.
