The city retained Groupe Rousseau Lefebvre proposal as part of a competition to develop a signature to boulevard Chambery.
This boulevard is the backbone of the largest green neighborhood project in Canada. Our signature element is a 1.8 kilometer-long ribbon that changes shape according to its surroundings; whether it stretches among the urban sector, cross through wildlife corridors or the cultural pole of the neighborhood .
The central median strip is composed almost exclusively of native plants, presenting different urban ecosystems adapted to the specific surroundings crossed by the boulevard.
Closely linked to its specific environment, this boulevard reveals the spirit of the place and withstand a bold and innovative proposal in the design of urban boulevards.
